A little bear named WALLY has just arrived in the bears departure lounge and he is little at only 20cm which is small for me but I did enjoy working and putting him together 😁

Spring has sprung...........

Spring has sprung and so did HUMPHRIS into the bears departure lounge where he didn't have to hang around for too long 😀

He will be off on his journey tomorrow but he is not going too far 😎

Reggie has just arrived in the bears departure lounge and looking very smart in his outfit on a cold and windy Winter's day 😃

New Bear WILBUR.......

How are you all and it has been awhile since a new bear has arrived in the bears departure lounge but around the world we are all having to cope with this terrible Covid-19 pandemic and we still have a long way to go yet. Not good for any of us but we have to battle on and deal with it the best way we can! For me the sewing continues along with new idea's and thoughts as well as tackling my endless "To Do List" !!😎

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MILLIE........

In this upside down world at the moment which has gone crazy as we all sit it out in lockdown there is a bit of happiness in my house as we celebrate Millie's birthday as she has reached the grand old age of 15 years old 🎈
She still has moments when she thinks she is still a spring chicken even though she is a little grumpy at times - over weight, got a dodgy back leg - a few teeth missing - hard of hearing (I think she has her selective hearing turned on permanently!!) and poor eye sight 😃 
But for all that I still love her to the moon and back!! So a very big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my lovable Miss Grumpy Pants 😘😎  

 

Arrival of CEDRIC......

Cedric's arrival in the bears departure lounge was short lived as he was adopted very quickly along with his mate Morse so they will be traveling together and can keep each other company on their long journey 😎

 

Arriving today is MORSE......

It looks like doing all that rain dancing has paid off in more ways than one!! Yep, it's finally raining big time and we have dropped down to Level 2 water restrictions hooray!! A very welcomed relief from the drought and the bush fires! Anyway, arriving today in the bears departure lounge is MORSE looking very smart in his contrasting colours.

KOOKABURRAS.......

I have just finished this Diamond Painting of Kookaburras and I quite often get them come visiting the water bowls or to just hang out in the trees - they are such clowns and when they start laughing or cackling it always brings smile to my face 😎

First New Bear for 2020........

A very good and Happy New Year to you all 😎 
I am also hoping for a better year for us all here because of the horrendous bush fires we have suffered from and still are suffering and though it has had a very stressful and heartbreaking impact on the people and properties - for me the biggest heartbreak has been the impact on all the wildlife and those that survive still face a battle to stay alive because there will be no food for them other than what people will be putting out for them 😥
To start the New Year off and to open the doors of the bears departure lounge again is DION who didn't have to wait around very long before he was eagerly adopted 😃
